Quite simply, and unfortunately, this building has no "status as a historic building-" it's not listed on the NJ or National Registers of Historic Places, and it's not locally designated as historic. While the building is historic, it has never been officially deemed such. If it were listed on the registers, it could potentially qualify for grant money to assist in repairs- so in actual fairness, its lack of "status as a historic building" is a factor that's holding it back.At home on Ponce:)https://www.blogger.com/profile/01784779703499283197noreply@blogger.com
