Christie for the top NJ DOE slot, has yet to be confirmed by the State Senate because Sen. Ronald Rice is exercising his "senatorial courtesy." Reminiscent of recess in elementary school yards, the sort of "you've got the cooties" antics, no? Maybe Cerf can slap Rice with a Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying charge while Sen. Rice holds his breath until his face turns blue and make the whole Senate look infantile. No wonder people are fed up with government.
